Personal Information
Shane began his construction career at the age of 18, working alongside his mentor and father-in-law, Allen Priester. Over the course of eight years, Shane gained valuable experience as a foreman, superintendent, and manager, learning countless construction skills and honest, faith-based business practices. He eventually opened his own successful small business which allowed him to continue his growth in a leadership role.
In 2017, Shane joined IP Builders, Inc. where he later became Vice President and Additional Qualifier. His extensive knowledge of construction is invaluable to every client of IP Builders, Inc.
Shane is married to Monica, and they have three beautiful daughters, two sons-in-law, and a grandson. The family is actively involved in their church, serving in various capacities such as the youth group, Sunday school teaching, and the music program. Shane also serves on his church’s trustee board and as an advisor on all building projects.
