Joseph’s career in construction began in his teenage years with IP Builders, where he honed his skills alongside his father, uncle, and granddad. After completing high school, he committed himself full-time to IP Builders, starting as a laborer and gradually transitioning to taking on more responsibility in commercial and industrial projects, particularly in constructing pre-engineered metal buildings. As a foreman, he successfully led the erection of steel buildings across the Lowcountry, ranging from 5 to 55 thousand square feet. Joseph’s career trajectory led him to a Superintendent role, overseeing diverse residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As Joe has continually progressed in his leadership and expertise, he has been made Project Manager at IP Builders, Inc. Joe is a generational construction professional and attributes his knowledge and success to his grandfather, uncle, and dad.
Joseph and his wife, Shawna, reside in Walterboro, SC with their children, Porter and Camdyn.
